Our Island Apartment sleeps 4 in total. It is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.

Location
This home is located in the established residential neighborhood of Kingsland Heights, about 10 mins drive from the airport. It would be advisable to rent a car or use a taxi to get around easily. We can provide you with options.

The closest Beach which is Miami Beach is less than 10 minutes drive away. Restaurants, Supermarkets and other amenities are also within 5-10 minutes drive. We recommend to get a car or taxi to get around as the bus stop is a 10 minute walk down the hill.

The US Embassy is about 10mins away.

The Home
The home is well maintained and clean. All bedrooms have Air conditioning. They all have comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.

There is Fast WIFI (around 200Mbps) so you will have no problems working from home. There are Televisions where you can connect your NETFLIX, YouTube, etc. They also have an Iron and ironing board. Linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided.

There is a shared laundry room with washer and dryer.

Weekly housekeeping service of floors and linen changing can be arranged.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is outfitted with Microwave, 4 burner Stove with oven, fridge, Toaster, Kettle, pots and pans. It also has Plates, mugs and all crockery and cutlery that you need. The supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away.

Parking
There is parking for 1 car at the front of the home , in front the fence.

There is Vehicular Traffic noise from the Street Behind the back Garden.
